Starting with a degree in Illustration and design I quickly found work doing high-end digital retouching for the likes of Miller Brewing, the Boys & Girls Club of America, Milwaukee’s own Summerfest, and more.
 

Over time my broad experience and a reputation as someone who remains calm and helpful when it’s most needed led me to Harley-Davidson Motor Company where I learned the power of robust strategic planning, the value of clear yet flexible processes, and how to leverage technologies to enable rather than slow things down. More importantly, I discovered a fondness for people development that has become a passion of mine ever since.
 

I solve puzzles, enjoy making things work better and want to enable creativity in all its forms.
 

Fluent in the business and best practices of internal creative services, I speak the languages of design, photography, video, marketing, sales, product planning, finance, HR, IT, agencies, freelancers and more. I am equally comfortable on the left or right sides of my brain. My fulfillment comes from helping others, and being surrounded by creative’s.
